Over a year ago, me and my boyfriend became official on July 26th, and it has been such a pleasant journey with him, believe me. All of the fun times, good times, and even bad times have made us stronger. I've never been with anyone longer than 6 months prior to meeting Kevin so it's really crazy how happy this has made me feel. I've been anticipating this day for so long and it was such a special event for the both of us honestly. I took quite a few pics from my phone because I didn't get a chance to recharge the batteries on my camera so sorry for the scattered level of quality in these pics ^ ^; I stole some of the ones he took so you guys can see them too hehe! Anyway, here's a pic of us at the Reunion Tower in downtown Dallas inside the restuarant Five Sixty.
Someone said we look like a celeb couple...do we really? lol!
Our kind waiter took this photo and I think we both looked damn good here! lol I can't even front! We both did the whole color coordination idea and wore purple and I think it went well together :) And the view from the ball was gorgeous! Quick side note for those who aren't familiar with the downtown Dallas, I edited a neat little photo specifically for you guys :)
Photo taken off Google
That huge pretty ball way up top was where the restaurant Kevin took us too. Everyone there was dressed to the nines and I felt like I was wealthy as fuck just breathing their air! lol okay I'm exaggerating but it was so ritzy and glamorous so you can imagine how expensive dinner was there. Here's more pics he and I took from my phone and his sister's camera from where we were.
Had no wine since I'm still a freaking teen T^T Cannot wait for next year when i turn 21!!
I got the braised short ribs with coconut rice and he got this general Tso style quail dish. For our appetizer, we got the lobster spring rolls. Best damn appetizer on the planet!
I am really shocked I am getting around to this posting with all the shit I have going on right now. I wanted to make a post before my 1 year with my boyfriend tomorrow but ugh, I just been so busy so I scheduled the posting to be for today instead. Anyway, a few weeks back for those who follow me on facebook you'd know that I spontaneously was invited to go to the Distant Worlds Final Fantasy orchestra concert they were having here in Dallas with two of my friends :D I was uber excited when I got the text asking if I could do...uhm, yeah! I 'd be crazy not to! Final Fantasy X and X-2 were the games that led me into loving Square Enix prior to Kingdom Hearts and the soundtrack is so reminiscent of middle school and my freshmen year of high school playing it trhoughout that time. I kept leaving it off to finish so it took me a while to complete both games. I remember going to that theater years back when I was still in elementary school. Don't remember now what we went to go see on that field trip but I doubt it was nearly as awesome as this performance was! Here's some pics of my outfit that I wore that day~
Thought my nose contouring looked pretty legit here for once!
Hello ladies and gents! Guess what I have for you all today? :D A brand new post about my new iPhone 4 deco case from Nero Deco Shoppee from etsy! When I talked to the owner of this store, she was ever so pleasant with me and very sweet! I originally found her browsing through some sellers that my gal friend Brooke recommended to me however a lot of their prices kind of...well..suck! THE PRICE OF DECO PHONES ARE TOO DAMN HIGH! Well really really cute ones...at least that's how I felt until I came across this nice shop. I saw some as low as $20!! Deco'd out and everything O__O So I'm happy to share with you all my first received item from them.
I like the packaging she used to put the case in and guess what? She even was kind enough to give me additional rhinestone pieces in case one of them falls off along with a cute pastry key chain :D I was not expecting that at all! Major cool points to her for doing that little extra incentive :)
Ahhhh I just freaking love it! It's so adorable and the gold coating is a nice touch. Here's more pics of the case. I wanted to show how it looked like on flash as well.
You guys have no idea how happy I was when I saw the length of my hair after I got my touch up from doing a 3 month stretch. I was so happy! I mean before it was obvious but now it's kind of looking more and more likely that I will be getting to my hair goal by the end of the year which is MBL (mid back length) and that makes me feel so excited like you would not even believe! I started my hair journey back in the summer of 2010 but got more serious and dedicated to it around the summer of 2011 so now my hard work is finally paying off!
No bra/shirt to show the true length. Took this on the day I came back from my hairdresser.
Side view
I am so shocked at how far my hair has come. I need to do a regimen for everybody but at the same time, it's going to be a bit...vague? Just because what I do to my hair consists of totally dependency on what my hair is telling me at that moment. For example, I do moisturizing treatments if my hair shows signs of being dry, and that's normally never at a consistent time interval to say I do it 2x a month or anything. Some months it will be less or more, it all depends on what I observe from the condition of my hair, same with doing protein treatments and whatnot. But if you guys want to know what I use on my hair and when (you'd be surprised, there's really not anything too special), do leave a comment letting me know. I did have to detangle the mess out of my hair a few times and look at what it looked like afterward...
XD I love showing the before and after pics although it's not necessarily in that order, you guys can see the huge difference! Oh, one more thing. I don't think I ever mentioned this but my overall idea of gaining the perfect desired length is so that I don't have to continue spending my money getting sew-ins. I feel like I'm almost at that point where the people who do sew-ins for me are either going to start charging me more because of my hair thickness/length or just keep going wtf at the idea of me even coming to them so they can put some more hair in -___- I do it as a protective style and it's by far the most effective tactic for me in my hair journey so whatever lol but until then I'll have to stick with them. I'm thinking after two more installments, I should be done with them. I have an appointment coming up soon on the 18th or so of this month right before my 1 year anniversary but I plan on ombreing my tips and maybe adding some funky color to it like this pic I found on tumblr last night...
Gorgeous right? And the thing is, with this style, I was worried because the weave my mom reluctantly gave me since she was no longer using it is a color 1 which is black for those who don't know the color chart, so I thought maybe it would look contrast too much and look funny but this girl here pulls it off rather well if you ask me and I think with the right hair dye I can do but fucking hell, I wish I knew the type of dye to use to get that shade of lavender...or liliac. It's so pretty *0* but anywho, that's my idea that will hopefully come in to play when I get it done. I'll be doing a Chemistry course starting Monday of next week so I hope it doesn't stop me from blogging as much. We will see. I still have many things to share with you guys such as the wig review, deco phone review (should be coming out by Friday though as well as new videos) and more. But yeah that's about it for this post. Happy 4th of July everybody! They already started doing fireworks last night so I took a pic from my bedroom window...I'm really going to miss seeing fireworks from this view when we move this Sunday. But hey, at least I'll have my own room! I'll post pics of that too if I can.
I'll leave you lastly with on of my most recent videos on my channel about the AMBW couple interview. I think many of you will enjoy it :) Please comment, give a thumbs up, and don't forget to subscribe! Bye lovelies!~
